- Students in grade 5/6 who are competing must arrive by 8:30 am
- Students in grades 7-8 who are competing must arrive at 11:00 am

SPECTATOR POLICY & CODE OF CONDUCT
Tapestry Charter School prides itself on creating a safe environment for all. We have made a
commitment to promote good sportsmanship by student-athletes, coaches and spectators.
By entering the facility, spectators agree to abide by the following spectator policies:

- Only the students from participating teams in the event (Home and Away Teams) will be
allowed to enter the space. Students and spectators under the age of 19 are required to
have a valid school or photo ID to enter the facilities confirming attendance to the
participating schools. - Students from the community that are NOT participating in the contest must have an
adult over 19 years of age with a valid ID in order to enter. - Prior to entry, all spectators (students, parents, community members and staff) are
required to cooperate with any and all safety and security checkpoints (metal detectors,
visual search and bag checks). - Pets are not permitted into the Tapestry Charter School facilities.
- No bags are allowed (purses, backpacks, etc.). Clutch purses only.
- Spectators are not authorized for re-entry after leaving the event.
Spectator Code of Conduct
Attendance at athletic contests is a privilege that can be revoked by school administrators,
security, police officers or the athletic staff. Spectators who violate the code of conduct will be
removed from the facility and may lose their privilege to attend future athletic events.
